The song of the summer is coming SOON.
Post Malone and Morgan Wallen debuted their new duet “I Had Some Help” for the first time in full at Stagecoach over the weekend, during Morgan’s headlining set on Sunday night.
They’ve actually been teasing clips of it for quite a while now, and needless to say, with these two mega stars involved, it’s already become a fan-favorite. And ahead of the Stagecoach performance, the two of them were also spotted seemingly filming a music video at the Joshua Tree Saloon in California… so yeah, we’re getting close to something official.

And ever since Posty started teasing “I Had Some Help,” fans have of course been begging for the studio version, which seems to be officially dropping in the next week or so.
Over the weekend, local radio station KBAY Country (in the San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area) shared a video of Morgan and Posty performing during the aforementioned Stagecoach show, saying that the song will be hitting their local airwaves starting next Wednesday, May 8th.
They confirmed to a fan in the comments that it will be part of their regular rotation in a week, though it’s still unclear exactly when the song will drop on streaming platforms, as we haven’t heard any details from Morgan or Post yet.
But seeing as the song is on its way to radio here very soon, its likely “I Had Some Help” is dropping either this Friday or next, since Friday’s are when new country releases typically happen… stay tuned:
Obviously, you don’t need me to tell you that Posty and Morgan are two of the biggest things in music right now, and with them teaming up in this capacity, it’s guaranteed to be a smash hit at country radio… I have a feeling “I Had Some Help” will be topping the charts in no time.
And from what I’ve heard thus far, the song is pretty damn catchy, so I’m pretty excited to hear the full studio version.
