Morgan Wade is back with new music.
After her critically acclaimed 2023 album Psychopath, Wade put pen to paper to quickly announce her next project. Wade took to Instagram this morning, noting her third studio album, Obsessed, will be everywhere on August 16th.

Accompanying the album announcement, Wade dropped a new single, “Time To Love, Time To Kill.” Coming off the heels of her somber last single release, “2AM In London,” this new single takes a more upbeat approach. The heartbreak ballad highlights starting over after a relationship breaks off.

There’s cold in the air

And the smoke all in my hair”
Wade’s authentic songwriting shines once again on this track, as the chorus wrestles with entering a new phase of life, exiting a stage of love, and fighting to heal and move on. Wade’s stellar vocals take the lead as she belts out the lyrics with her Virginian twangs coating your ears. The chorus of this song will be stuck in your head instantaneously.
